About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who brings a strategic mindset to digital execution. In this role, you will support brand growth through performance-driven marketing initiatives that align with broader brand and business objectives. You’ll work closely with strategists and analysts to design, implement, and optimize digital campaigns that deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

Use analytics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic optimizations.

Execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page), keyword research, and content coordination to improve organic visibility.

Collaborate with brand and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and market goals.

Set up and manage email campaigns, marketing automations, and lead nurturing workflows.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform campaign strategy.

Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a consultancy or strategic environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Comfortable working in a structured, strategy-first environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
